Pairing with Tuya app
After the first connection, the electricity meter is automatically in pairing mode (the blue "WiFi" LED briefly flashes rapidly). Follow the instructions in the Tuya app to continue pairing.

To manually start pairing mode

use the arrows to switch to the screen that shows "C 400"
hold the right arrow (down) until the blue WiFi LED flashes, indicating pairing mode
continue pairing as instructed in the Tuya app


Frequently asked question
Customers call us saying that they set the electricity meter to off via the application, thereby turning off the electricity in the entire building and thus also the power supply to the WiFi router - now they are in a state where the electricity meter cannot be turned on via the application, because WiFi is not available and the electricity meter appears in the application as offline.

Do not connect the WiFi router behind the electricity meter, you will not be able to turn it on again via the application (if the electricity meter is turned off). Make sure that the circuit on which you have the necessary HW to connect the electricity meter to the Internet is connected regardless of the status of the electricity meter
Manual switching on/off of the electricity meter using the buttons on the electricity meter is done by simultaneously pressing both arrows
